Business Credit Authorization: You, as an authorized representative of the business entity named in this application, authorize Dream Auto Leasing NY and its financing partners to obtain business and personal credit reports, verify business financials, employment, income, and any other information provided for the purpose of evaluating creditworthiness and processing this lease application. This authorization remains valid for 90 days from the date of submission.
Personal Guarantor Authorization: The personal guarantor named in this application authorizes Dream Auto Leasing NY and its financing partners to obtain personal credit reports and verify all personal information provided. The personal guarantor agrees to be personally liable for all obligations under any resulting lease agreement in the event the business entity fails to fulfill its obligations.

You represent that you are authorized to submit this application on behalf of the business entity. Any misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in denial of the application or termination of any lease agreement.
Terms & Conditions: By signing below, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Dream Auto Leasing NY on behalf of the business entity and as personal guarantor, including all lease terms, payment obligations, mileage restrictions, and vehicle return policies that will be outlined in the final lease agreement. This application is not a binding lease contract and final terms are subject to credit approval and vehicle availability.
